Governor Tim Pawlenty today announced that he has accepted the recommendations of the Commission on Judicial Selection for a Third Judicial District trial court bench vacancy in the city of Rochester in Olmsted County. The vacancy occurred with the retirement of the Honorable Lawrence E. Agerter on May 7, 2010. The finalists are Jennifer J. Dunn-Foster, Geoffrey A. Hjerleid, and Christina K. Stevens.
